Here for business. The Gemma area is covinient . Not far from shin Osaka station and can go anywhere easily . The staff was kind and helpful.

The staff was very kind. There was an open-air bath, and although it was crowded, it was enough to relieve the fatigue of the day.

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The staff very kind but I was disappointed they wouldn’t call a taxi for my daughter. We asked for late check that was approved until 2pm but when we came back to our room after 1pm our keys were deactivated. I think it was harder because no one understood English that much.
The walk to Temma station is short but sometimes there aren’t sidewalks and there are no street lights. It is in stop from Osaka station.
