    I was alone with my two kids, stsying for 3 nights, checking in takes longer than expected, Towels not placed, while cslling to ask, tskes ages for the phone to be picked up….. Had to go down mysrlf snd leave my kids alone to grab towels, but again nop… had to wait. Next day morning asked for the dental kit and afain took ages, expecially if you have kids its so frustrating. Was spending the day out if the hotel and last day I cane quite late and just to find the room was not cleaned at all even after leaving the cleaning button requesting. The male receptionist was nit hellful at all and urging with me trying to proove a point which doesnt make sense instead of acting promptly to my request as I wanted kids to shiwer and sleep. I had to tide up the room myself. NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT OR RECOMMEND.

    The service room are takes long Asking towel and asking coffee The shower is broken The bidet toilet seat handle are hard to push I got wounds on my legs Bec of it . The staff are good We arrive 2pm We are check in 4 pm I understand Bec it's holiday lots of costumer but I hope it not the same during normal day Location: Good

    No clean towels in the bathroom , Television is outdated , bedding’s worn out with stains . Someone from housekeeping shouted just to keep 2 small bottles of drinking water. Windows very dirty. F&B staff are OK. Parking space very limited . We have to park nearby the hotel vacant lot. No security in the hotel no staff on duty at night.

    If you’re looking for a space to sleep for the night or for a few hours, the place is great. The restaurant was not functional and the breakfast was order based. There were not separate hand towels. Windows in the rooms were very small. Great value for money, soft spoken staff and very clean.
