    We went to the hotel by taxi as guests, only to find out upon arrival that the dinner service was fully booked. Since we had taken a cab to the estate, we had no transportation to go elsewhere for dinner. The staff was kind enough to let us order from the restaurant and have the food brought to our room, although we had to arrange for it ourselves as the food was not delivered to the room. I think the hotel could improve the guest experience by asking guests before or upon check-in whether they would like to have dinner at the estate, especially since transportation to other dining options can be limited. This would give guests a chance to reserve a table in advance and avoid being caught off guard.
