Hotel is modern and located in the heart of many tourist spots. Housekeeping was very friendly and greeted us everytime we met. They were the nicest team we've seen so far. Front desk staff need to improve on welcoming guests as we did not get any smiles or welcome when we arrived and it wasnt busy. The final date of check out i asked the gentleman at the counter for help to change some notes, he was cold and unfriendly when replying the hotel has a no cash policy. Small things like this can damage a hotels reputation. Valet parking was expensive but none of the attendants offered to help with heavy luggages even though we tipped. Maybe its the culture but it sure is different elsewhere. Overall still a nice hotel in a convenient location.

Location is great and walkable to top San Francisco destinations. Rideshare is easy to book, valet parking is available and street parking with a fee. Staff are warm and friendly. Our midnight checkin from late arrival was very pleasant. Rooms are well maintained and stocked, Hotel activities are provided with a weekly update from the lobby. Tea, coffee and drinks are available at the lobby for a assigned time. Activities around SF with discounts are available at the lobby. WiFi is good. Breakfast restaurants are short walk from hotel. Marriott Marketplace has some snacks available at the lobby. Drinking Water per floor is available. Self-service Laundry is available and i have yet to try for next 6 days additional booking.

The facility has their private car parking underground, however there's only valet parking allowed. The fee does not show during booking process that cost more than $90 (++). Customer is informed right before check-in only, which is after 1600 or later of the day. Imagine how rush and percentage of acceptance due to timing range and prepaid room.
