We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very family-friendly and a comfortable environment for everyone. The location was excellent—peaceful and away from the busy city, yet conveniently close to the airport, making travel easy. Daily housekeeping kept the apartment clean and tidy throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment again. Highly recommended!

Pro's -price, it is full studio, fridge, stove, microwave, dishes, 2 seat couch, TV, all the basics . Air con works good and there is also a floor fan if you need. Tones of cupboards for storage of suitcases, clothes etc . If you walk around there are many local resturants, coffee shops and convenient type stores. There is an elevator which was good as we were on the 6 floor. The saying you get what you pay for is true on this case. Con's- line was not clean, stains. Blanket comforter was very short (we could not cover our feet and pull up to our neck. The room smelled really bad. When I looked around I discovered there was lots of garbage in the bin under the sink that had not been emptied. There is no dishsoap if you use dishes, the cloth left to wash dishes stunk and was not clean. we stayed 3 days 2 nights and only got 2 small rolls of toilet paper so of course we ran out. TV, no regular cable tyoe of tv, you can stream using your youtube account or netflix, but for Canadians you can not use netflix because out of region. Floors were sticky and we picked up sand on our socks, gross. It is a very tired room, meaning scuff marks everywhere it could benefit from paint for sure and a really good cleaning. There is a very small balcony with no chairs. The balcony looks over to a large daycare type facility so can get noise during the day if window open. you only get 2 small bottles of water for our 3 days. There are only 2 towels no hand towels or faceclothes. There is body wash, shampoo in shower no conditioner. There is a bottle of hand soap in bathroom. you have to turn a light switch on to get hot water otherwise shower doesn't work out so good. So far no one has cleaned our room, replenished towels. Communication with host through agoda/whatsapp is non existent. If you need anything or have a question, good luck. Wifi very spotty and disconnected several times. When you walk into building there is a sitting type area, there is no one here to ask questions or get additional supplies (towels and toilet paper). you are located down a very narrow alleyway, cars barely fit. Grab driver got lost trying to drop us off, so have you google maps open and ready to give directions. you get what you pay for!!!!!

When we arrived, there was zero communication from the check in proccess and further on. When we left the next morning, a couple from another room (there was a lock issue, and the battery ran out for the 4th time) they couldnt access there room. They tried multiple times to contact someone throughout the night and they had to sleep in the lobby due to nobody coming to help them. This wasnt the first time they had door issues in there 4 week stay. Appauling.
