    The staff were very friendly and the room was good. Cleanliness could be improved and house keeping could be better. However, for the price and for the location, its pretty good! In terms of food options, there are a variety to choose from in whitebeach, though they can be pricey and the service in some of them were a bit slow. But overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing couples retreat.

    We had a nice time at casa marco. It was steps away from the beach. The room was big enough, comfortable bed, Air con is cold and the tv has youtube. Wifi could be improved, sometimes it’s slow. What I don’t like is the communication from the reception. The receptionist is nonchalant. Check in is at 2pm, I arrived around 4:30pm, filled up some info, and gestured to sit down. We waited around 15-20minutes, no explanation why we need to wait. But from the clues on phone calls they did, I assumed the key was in the possession of another staff and that staff was not in the area. I wished they can communicate that clearly so I don’t need to guess. Check out took some time too. I came to the reception and said “check out po”, handed the key card. They got the key and said nothing. The person made a phone call to someone to check room 104, I sat down and waited. The staff came by 10minutes later carrying suitcases of another guest and hasn’t checked our room yet.

    Sobrang disappointing ng stay namin sa Casa Marco. Hindi talaga worth the money. Una, hindi malinis ang room at pati CR, halatang kulang sa maintenance. Mabaho rin ang tubig, which is very unpleasant. Yung key card namin paulit-ulit na hindi gumagana kaya halos ilang beses kaming tumawag ng staff para lang maayos at makapasok sa room. Nakaka-frustrate kasi nangyari ito nang maraming beses. Dagdag pa, mainit ang aircon kaya hindi naging komportable ang stay namin. Sa presyo ng binayaran, expected namin na maayos at hassle-free ang experience, pero kabaligtaran ang nangyari. Ang masasabi ko lang na talagang positive sa experience namin ay ang staff. 100% credit sa kanila—sobrang mababait, magalang, at very accommodating. Tinulungan nila kaming makalipat sa mas maayos na room at ginawa nila ang best nila para maayos ang situation. Wala kaming reklamo sa service nila. Sana mas pagtuunan ng management ang cleanliness, maintenance, at overall guest experience dahil sa ngayon, hindi talaga siya worth the money
