    The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly. They helped with a fan as the AC had some technical issues which was fixed the next say. The location is very near to the important landmarks of Prague and well connected by tram, bus and metro B.

    The location was okay – if you don’t mind walking a bit, it’s actually quite convenient. There’s a 24-hour McDonald’s literally right outside the hotel, and a petrol station nearby which I believe is also open 24/7, which came in handy. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. I also uploaded some photos to share how good it looked. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We had a room with a lovely river view, which made the experience even better. A special thank you to Jakhangir at the information desk – his customer service was outstanding and truly made a difference in our stay. Overall, a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
