Great location in the heart of Getsemaní and very close to the Walled City. The property is beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. Some staff members were very helpful, while others could be more attentive and professional.
The room was quite basic and could use some improvements, especially in terms of lighting and functionality. There was limited space to hang clothes, no drawers, no large mirror, and no welcoming amenities such as cups, a coffee machine, or complimentary water bottles. They also did not provide enough towels or toiletries for two guests.
I also think the overall guest experience could be improved if the lobby offered at least water, ice, or coffee throughout the day… The terrace is very nice but also needs some improvement.

This was my seventh yr coming to this hotel. Always amazing. Breakfast is amazing. They cleaned up the street. The air conditioning is on point. The bed is supper fluffy. Highly recommend this place
