It’s well worth for the price since I don’t need TV. The fan is adequate enough to keep the room cool.

The shared spaces (eating area and outdoor) are manicured very nicely and the owners/staff were great. The room was clean but needed maintenance. The shower head fell off as soon as we turned it on and the toilet seat was very loose. There is also no AC. The fan worked which was good. Luckily the owner did quickly fix the shower head for us. The screen doors also didn't fully close so bugs could fly in. It's a convenient location and a good price.
