Nice modern apartment, wifi didn't work, i used all my data plan on my phone, one of the bathroom lights was not working, toilet seat broken, needs more maintenance.

The apartment needed maintenance. The refrigerator would not close properly. Some lights were not working. Some shades would not roll up. One of the toilets was loose and leaking waste water on the bathroom floor.
I reached out to the host a day before arriving and did not hear back. There were no directions for check in. I eventually had to send them a message on WhatsApp and they eventually got back to me. I was not able to speak to anyone on the phone but they sent me the directions to get into the apartment via text.
