Parking was easy I booked and paid for the room online when I arrived they wanted a 60 dollar deposit in case there was damages I received my key and the room they gave had clear tape plastered on the window I went and the manager said the window had a crack so they taped it so it would not break I asked for another room the comforter had dried sauce. Small spots of dried blood and a dirt spot. This hotel is asking for a deposit and the bedding is filthy since it was late I had to use some towels and blankets from my car to lay on. This is when the health inspectors need to come in immediately. The tv had to be turned on manually because the remote didn't work and a old ass vending machine that doesn't work I would have been better off sleeping in my car shame on you Days inn you need to be shut down whoever manages that Days inn is probably filthy themselves that's why you don't care that your rooms aren't sanitary. You have the damn nerve to want a deposit!!!! Close that filthy hotel down..

The room was horrible roaches crawling on the floor and I see why big gap under the door. Fridge didn’t work opened it up and smelled like death. People living in a car in the parking lot. I couldn’t even get a good night sleep. The only reason I booked is because I was on my way back to Vegas and there was a storm. I wish I had slept in my car and saved my money.

Cockroaches running around inside the room at night TV didn’t work. . The bed was really itchy the clothes hanger was missing nowhere to hang your clothes or jacket. The toilet was dirty. The outside was even worse. I will never stay there again not even for free.

There was a drug addict living in the parking lot that would roam at crazy hours of the night , def don’t recommend if you’re a women traveling alone or with kids . Also the rooms were dirty with hair in the shower , floor , toilets not flushed

Check-in was fine, however, they did not return our deposit. When I called to enquire about it, they kept disconnecting the call or not answering it at all. When I called the Hotels.com, they said I had to go through the Hotel. We travel quite a bit through this area. We would have made this place a routine stop for us, however, the lack of attempted communication warrants concern about their business practices.

This place was not as described on the Expedia App. There were people living in their cars, as well as broken down cars on the primises. When trying to access the room you have to kick on the lower part of the door to get in. Couldn't exit the room because door handled has mechanism issues, wich hensers you exiting yhe room in casr of a emergency. Upon entering the room, there was a smoke smell that permeated everything. The room was unkept. Bugers on the walls next to the bed. Toilet has dirty black ring and bile stuck to seat. The tub was nasty and had not been cleaned. Stains on the walls that appeared to be dried up blood in the restroom area. Furniture stained and unsafe. Refrigerator was not plugged in and dirty. Food/crumbs all over floors. Wall air condition vents were plugged with thick dust and roaches. Windows were sucured with a stick. I was lost for words on what you sold appose to what i got. It was a nightmare. Not only that a big inconvenience, because I had my grandchildren with me and we were ftom a different state with no where to. We stayed in the car for hours trying to find a safer inviorment for my family. This place should have never been listed as a destional anything.

Arrival in reception was not so good, reception says that my credit card is not working, but I can see online my creditcard, that he had taken deposit. And also give the key, ok. Opening room door, floor was not clean, in bathroom floortowel was wet and dirty, as like bathroom floor. On the pillow in bed was long black hairs... Worst thing, I never got my deposit back, even they promised that back, when I left. They don't even answer telephone, when I try to call. I asked other number from Hotel.com, but no answers for second number. First time so bad place! Not recommended!

This place is absolutely terrible! They are so RUDE and flat out disrespectful! I had a paid reservation and I arrived late and the man at the window told me he wouldn't check me in. I arrived on the date of my reservation, I showed him the date, I showed him the current date, he said he couldn't help me and just walked away. I asked him why he shut the window on my face and told me to go away and left! Once I looked around I noticed how many weirdos were there, it smelled, it was dirty outside. I should of never made a reservation there! Trash in the parking lot, yelling and unsafe! DO NOT TRAVEL HERE THE CHEAP PRICE IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE OR UNSAFE CONDITIONS! THE STAFF ARE SO TERRIBLE AND RUDE!

They wouldnt give me a refund i paid four nights asked for a non smoking room due to my son having asthma. The rooms smelled horrible the manager was very rude he kept my deposit and refused to give me a refund . I slept overnight in my car with my kids due to this situation and they didnt even partially refund me my money back. Do not pay for this the pictures are nothing like the motel its a waste of money.

Overall room was dingey and floors were sticky from previous stay. Everything in the room was all patch work as if they didnt want to spend money to replace broken fixtures. Towels were stained as well as the walls. Furniture was ready to fall apart. To top it off my deposit was kept and not returned to my card.

It was putrid. I told him I couldn't stay here and he grabbed the key card out of my hand started yelling at me. NO REFUND, terrible service and felt unsafe the whole time. The air conditioner wasn’t quite working it kept getting cold and hot. On top the door knob open up not down and I was with my two daughters I didn’t have a good night sleep because I was concern of anyone opening the door. The place is also next to a shopping center or something but the alarm goes of in that place most of the night. Also the control to the tv didn’t work and the pool my kids used for a bit as there was debris from the trees and my daughter got it in her hair. Only stay here for an emergency but for the price it was not worth it.

I made a reservation on line for a day, then I added another day to my stay, and when I came back they had all my stuff in a box and a bag cuz according to them, I only did it for 1 day. The Indian or whatever he is the “boss” was so rude… I told him I had spoken the the older guy and he’s like, “ yeah and I’m the United States president any one can say anything, I have no record for another day. I DO NOT recommend this place for nothing!!!! Awful service from “management, he need some education!
