The staff went out of their way to make my stay a five-star experience. They took care of every need with exceptional speed and a wonderful attitude. The room was quaint if small, and breakfast every morning was delicious. No complaints!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast, a lovely large suite room (which was more than we'd booked), and a convenient, safe, quiet stay.

The hotel was very good. The main point was the service. The staff were amazing. From the receptionist to the lady who served breakfast, as well as the concierge who was very helpful even before I arrived. The people were just plain friendly and helpful.
For me the only negative was no heat in the room. That probably was throughout the hotel but I don't know that for certain. It wasn't that cold in the room but heat would have been nice. I am overlooking that to still give this place 5 stars!
