I booked this hotel because it was available and the price is affordable. The hotel environment is great with abundant of water and green space. The tram runs continuously but you have to wait 5-10 mins. We can also walk to the Ocean tower from the front desk and it takes ~10-15 mins. The hotel room itself is a bit dated but clean, still. Overall, it could be a good choice for a family group with children. The communal microwave is available at the 3rd floor near the ice machine.

We stayed in the ocean tower check in isn’t till 4 and by the time we did that and got to our room to drop off bags the bigger water slides were closed on both sides of resort and all the pool side restrooms/bar …definitely stay on the other side of the resort as that is were most of amenities are located. I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are travelling with someone who isn’t mobile as we were, even with the tram there is still lots of walking to get to places… the room was nothing special but clean

Tram的體驗很有趣，但是去的時候boat剛好維修一週，parking 還要收4x多美，更扯的是parking 是 pay at counter when check-in，staff 給我們一張卡可以讓我們離場，結果那張卡在離場的時候顯示我們還沒付錢，要我們現場刷 credit card 😂 房間很暗，沒有主燈，房間很舊，不太乾淨，且超過八點半基本上什麼都沒有得吃，唯一寬慰的是早上的咖啡。對了，buffer 是五十美位稅一人。如果可以再選一次，我絕對不會選這間！

We’ve been coming for the last 34 years and now bringing grandkids. They had a blast! This is our first time with Timeshare Ocean Tower. The partial ocean view rooms location on the ground flr. Was so convenient with three kids. Housekeeping was responsive. Prom party kept us up all night Saturday. Security and F desk was called 4 times. No sleep that night. Some Refurnishing needed in rooms. Paint rooms, especially bathrooms.
