The check in process was SO confusing I almost booked a different hotel. First you need to pull up to valet, and give them all your bags since your room is 3 tram stops away. Then you have to decide between $45 per day self parking or $55 per day parking. All of this should be provided before you book your hotel. It felt like they wanted you stuck on the campus. It took an hour from the moment I pulled up to check in, to get to my room and another 15 minutes for my bags. It was a 0.67 mile walk from the main lobby to my room. It’s such a big place, you’ll get lost. I called ahead and they told me I didn’t have a full kitchen, but I did. Luckily I already bought my groceries knowing I had a fridge and microwave. My tv never worked because it was a separate WiFi than the room (which never got fixed) The staff was very friendly. I will never book this place in the future.

The view we got was absolutely amazing and was by far the best thing about the room. The bed i slept on was caved in in the middle and the pillows would be flat in 30 minutes. Most uncomfortable bed ive slept in. The cleanliness of the room was kinda disappointing there was some dirt in the sheets when i arived and mold in the shower that easily came off. The carpets looked like they used a full vacuum and there was a bunch of sand and crums in the carpet. The resort it self was really fun absolutely beautiful. The pools and slides are alot of fun for all ages.

Restaurants on property were closed most of our stay, but to leave the property for good it took 20 minutes to get to our car even with valet. No microwave in room, didn’t notice that until we were checked in. Noisy birds at random dark hours. Some rude front desk staff, others were super nice. It was just ok, nothing impressive.

Balcony had an amazing ocean view and ac kept the room nice and cool. Beds are super comfortable and no noise at night to disrupt sleep.

The property itself is beautiful and well kept, however the staff were considerable rude, our rooms were seperated, the hotel lacked food options, one of our rooms was barely cleaned, our rooms weren't ready upon arrival and ultimately we felt it was underwhelming and overpriced with additional charges for what we were already spending to stay there. While we loved the lagoon and the beauty of the property, we would not stay again due to the amentities and staff.

Service was bad. Started with them not giving waters as promised. When asked for towels and shower caps. Did not get it that day. Then next day had to call again. The tram and boat were not working most of the time and we had to lug around our bags. The bag folks would not turn up on time. Overall the folks at front desk and valet were not very friendly. They did not seem like they were there to help. Everything was “ we are sorry for the inconvenience “. We have paid enough money to expect good / excellent service. Not sure how this will be compensated

Property is aging, lots of signs of wear and tear. Staff at check-in desk were indifferent, rude and not helpful. Boats to get around the property were gone, train was slow and not regular enough. Took 35 minutes to walk from our room to self-park lot and we walk fast. Limited mediocre options for food and drinks on the property

We loved our stay - Beautiful views from partial ocean view room. The resort pools/lagoon are amazing. The staff are kind, welcoming, and accommodating. Room is in dire need of upgrade. Our room included a mini fridge and keurig coffee machine. Parking is $48/night is too expensive with a 20 min walk or slow tram to ocean tower. There is so much potential here— I hope to see changes in near future :)

Front desk agent wasn’t friendly. One of the older lady helped us check in and gave us wrong key to the room I had to run down to the front desk again to get a right key. Also gave me a not working parking card, i couldn’t leave the parking had to call them again.

We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but it seemed to be really nice! We loved the hotel, the only difficult part was the distance from the ocean tower to the main lobby. However, if you plan your departure with enough time it shouldn’t be an issue! The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and the staff was very friendly.
