    We booked this hotel for a short break away for my birthday as we live & work in Paphos. On arrival the reception staff we’ve fantastic. Once in our room they had left me a lovely birthday cake which was not expected. The AC unit in our room was only blowing hot, so within the hour they had offered us an alternative room on the 4th floor. Excellent service. For my birthday I wanted to use the facilities offered, sauna & steam room and make a day of relaxation to be told they were out of order, being disappointed the reception recommended their sister hotel across the road at a cost of €50 each. Not what I expected but we walked to the sister hotel and spoke to the manager who was very accommodating. We booked a massage each (€125 pp) and had the full use of all the facilities at the hotel including the Spa, pool & gym.. Pendeli Resort. We had booked a table to eat at our hotel for the first evening, the waiting staff were very helpful but the restaurant was over run by children and spoilt our experience. The menu is quite limited and we were disappointed as the food was cold and not what was expected. We were not charged for one of the dishes. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Shower room clean and easy to use. The view from the balcony was amazing. Highly recommend the breakfast definitely doesn’t disappoint. The staff are fantastic and the hotel itself is beautiful. If you’re wanting a kids free break check with the hotel before booking.

    a little gem on the Troodos mountains. how elaxing to wake up in nature hearing the birds songs . have a enjoyed the double room with balcony at front of the hotel. clean and nid hotel as well as the amazing dinner we had. Fully recommended for a relaxation in nature. i will come back to this soon!!
