Front desk staff was excellent. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Greeted us every time we passed the desk. Daily housekeeping is fantastic. Lots of hotels have moved away from this so it was a luxury to have it at Canopy. Bed was cozy and comfortable and the room layout was sleek and modern. Will definitely stay again

The customer service…. Best around.. the staff made me a cup of coffee and the valet put all my bags in my car while I grabbed Starbucks with my kid… canopy frisco has the best customer service for sure
