    1. Apt assigned to me looked totally different from the pictures on Agoda. I have attached the room look. It looks far from luxury. 2. We were then assigned to another apt ***. The look of this apt is closer to what was on Agoda. But the air-conditioning in the living room was weak and the one in the master bedroom is very weak. Not cool at all. In the heat of 35 degc, it would have been impossible to sleep without working air-conditioning. I contacted the property and they sent the technicians. Technicians insisted that the aircon works but the room is big, hence it is not cool. That's not true at all. The aircon was set to lowest temperature but it was not cool at all. The other 2 rooms were fine. They were so dishonest to not admit that the air-conditioning is weak in order not to refund. 3. I wasted more than 2h at the apt trying to sort it out. Booked another 2 bedroom at a hotel and returned the key cards to the security. We did not use the apt at all because it is not livable. Another picture also shows the dirty kitchen top of the second apt. 4. What is most annoying is that they refused to give a full refund for the apt that is far from expectation. How can they expect us to accept the offer of a fan in the master bedroom. When that's not what we paid for. A full refund is the right thing to do if the apt are not ready in the right condition. 5. Agoda being the listing platform should impose disciplinary actions on such listing too. It is disappointing that Agoda has yet given me a satisfactory resolution on this matter.

    This is not a room for 3 adults as it is described. There is only one double bed. The sofa is not a sofa bed and there is no additional bedding. Only 2 towels.
