We mostly liked the space, its well designed and contemporary, though communication with the hosts was not very straight forward. We were dealing with two different people on two different platforms. The code to enter was also incorrect. We asked if early check in was available, and not only did they not answer us, the place was not ready at 4pm when it was time for check in. At 4:30 the cleaning person was done. Also, there are cockroaches. I informed the property about it and had no reply. The place is not the worst, but could definitely improve.

We had a great time at Lisbon and the property is awesome. Clean, modern, family friendly and near great public transportation and a supermarket. Would recommend to anyone

The apartment is located about 3-4 km from the city center in a rather unfriendly neighborhood. Trash was being stored right under our windows- every morning a garbage truck would arrive and wake us up. The coffee machine was assembled from mismatched parts, making it impossible to actually fit a cup underneath. On the plus side, the white towels were soft. Also, be aware that the apartment requires a security deposit; it took five days for us to receive the refund.
