Disappointed arrived dispatching to be able to go to the hot tub and relax didn't happen cuz it's closed had to change rooms finally the third room the heater actually worked because the other two did not and then when I first arrived the person at the reception desk was not very friendly like a bother that I arrived there. Breakfast was awful who wants a cold biscuit for breakfast. Had to stay over a third night because of the snow storm in there was a roach in the bathtub. Spend your money somewhere else not this place. It desperately needs an update from staying carpet to worn out furniture

Our first experience with a Country Inn was in Phoenix. That was a great stay. Having been to one, we wanted a similar experience in another stop of our cross country tour. We ended up here. Maybe we expected too much: there was significant wall damage in our room; the ice machine (only one) was not working; there was no soap in the bathroom; the pool was closed; there was no orange juice during breakfast. I was told to get apple juice, which essentially was colored water. Said enough?
