The property was beautiful and rooms were clean. Upstairs stove was not working. AC good. No loud neighbors, just coqui frogs at night. Communication was very difficult. The manager prefers to use Whats App for communication and her english is patchy. They were slow to respond to concerns and when we were out of TP and papertowels we got no response on Whats app. Confusing to keep track of Whats app, texting and emails. Wish the colored lights on the outside of the building turned off at night. Beds were good. Cannot sleep on the couches - too small and narrow.

Francisco home is in a great location! There is so much to do in PR and around Isabela. When I told people where we were staying EVERYONE would say, “oh it’s NICE in Isabela”. Thank you for being so quick responding to any questions or concerns I had. Your home was so clean and VERY accommodating!
