We stayed at the Habitat. There was no staff to assist. Signage only says check out but no check in so it was confusing, We had to seek help from the nearby friendly Karin Onsen staff. This is okay but it would be better if we were informed in advance.

Food are nice and surprising reasonable price.
A bit confused at where to check in and who to talk to staff at first. But at the end, staff was very helpful and lovely. Room condition is relaxing as it is a resort but cleanness can be up a notch when there was so spots for dust and little bit dirty. Overall not too bad. Would recommend if you wanna get away from a city life and enjoy some countryside life like me.
