Had a lovely stay here in a great location for days out and you can walk to restaurants rooms large and clean breakfast good pool lovely with fire pit in evening lots of history here and films every night at 6 in barn

I have mixed feelings about Parry Lodge. Part of the reason may or may not be my fault. I messed up the date on my reservation and when I realized it, I contacted them via email. The person that responded told me that she was able to move my reservation to the next night. Upon arrival, I was told that their system had us in a double King room instead of the king suite, which is what my Agoda reservation shows. The manager blamed it on a problem with Agoda. I checked prices on Parry Lodge’s website and they listed the price that I paid Agoda as the same price that they rent the King Suites for. (Thought I was getting a deal by going through Agoda, btw….mistaken.) The Double King room was $20 cheaper. He did give me a voucher for free breakfast, which helped ease the pain but again, blamed Agoda for the problem. In addition to not being the type of room I had requested, the room itself was tired. However, the pros are: The beds however were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was good. The staff were pleasant and the place is conveniently located on the main road of town, easy walk to local shops.

The two areas where I did not give the Parry Lodge 5/5. Value - While I realize it is Kanab, it was also May and not prime season. Also no breakfast is included in the price. I feel the pricing was a bit high, all things considered. Facilities - the poolside fire tables are great for a cool May night. But they lock the pool area at 10PM. There is a nice area with couches that they offered we could move to, but no heater. A deck heater would be great! Otherwise nice stay!
