Przyjemny apartament w zasięgu spacerowej części Karpacza, w starej, klimatycznej willi. Blisko do promenady, w pobliżu sporo lokali gastronomicznych. Wyciąg na Kopę w zasięgu 10-15 minut spaceru. Bardzo miła i pomocna właścicielka. Zapewnione miejsce parkingowe na podwórku. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Oryginalny wystrój wnętrz - najbardziej podobały mi się fototapety z przedwojennej skoczni. Do dyspozycji gości także sporo różnych albumów, przewodników i map.
Zaniedbana i zatęchła klatka schodowa, ale to nie wina właścicielki, tylko zarządu budynku. Konieczność wniesienia bagażu na 2. piętro. Więcej zastrzeżeń brak.

Świetlica ,bilard
Bałagan przed apartamentem,straszny zapach już od samego wejścia do budynku i w każdym pomieszczeniu. Brakuje tam rąk do pracy w obejściu aby był porządek a nie syf. W opisie podane miejsce na ognisko,taras,balkony z widokiem na góry( gdyby ściąć drzewa to pewnie te góry byłoby widać). Uważam ,że miejsce nie adekwatne z opisem w ogłoszeniu.
