    Good, clean rooms at a prime location and a good breakfast at the rooftop. Great to see the sunset at Santa Lucia, just 5 min walk away! Will come back when in Santiago next time.

    I read a few comments on the noise from dico, the fact that it was not a real buffet, that room coffee was not free.... As of March 2026 I can confirm I heard zero noise, that room coffee is free, the buffet is a real breakfast with eggs (tasty) , cold cuts, a choice of various parties and breads, and many other things. The room was quite big with a sleeping area and a lounge area with a basic kitchen. All spotless. The location is great. Recommended

    The staff is great and location is central to everything. The problem is that it is between two Adult clubs/theaters with loud music playing until 4am. 1st night was loud due to a guest next door. 2nd night it was the Adult club. 3rd night it was quiet due to it being Sunday. 4 and 5th night loud music until 4am.
