    The room size was comfortable and the hot water was reliable, making the stay pleasant. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas with nice views. Housekeeping was attentive, though cleanliness and facilities could be better. Staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience despite some shortcomings.

    This hotel is in a very convenient location, situated between two Skytrain stations. There’s an independent coffee shop right next door, and a 7-Eleven is only a few minutes’ walk away, making it easy to grab essentials. The room was a good size and was cleaned daily by the staff, who also provided complimentary bottled water. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, although the bathroom felt a little dated. My room faced the main road, and unfortunately, traffic noise could be heard throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to sleep. During my one-week stay, the hotel experienced flooding on the ground floor due to the monsoon season, which resulted in some unpleasant smells in the common areas. Overall, the location is the hotel’s biggest strength and makes it a great base for exploring the city. However, I think the hotel would benefit from some renovations to modernise the rooms and bathrooms, as they are starting to feel dated. Improving the soundproofing would also make for a much more comfortable stay.
