    Location is okay especially it is near the Flixbus station and train stations, but the cleanliness and the services are not so good, but the staff is okay, especially the Sri Lankan.

    No high expectation but the room was very clean and the staffs were very helpful. Got comolimentary breakfast. Also so close by with the bus stop directly to malpensa and linate airport, so you won't need dragging suitcase(s) through metro and train. Very near metro station that connect to all the area of Milan.

    I have planned to stay there and I booked non refundable option. Being an hospitality sector employee,I know policy is policy but sometimes we need to go beyond to satisfy our customers depends on the situation just like I have death in my family , in some cases we might give exceptions to the guest so they can revisit, but this property is not helping they even can not answer, I asked them to charge some fee or 1st night but they refused every time . Being unhelpful in special cases is not a good business practice
