The hotel is clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in terms of amenities. The breakfast was outstanding. However, the shuttle service to the metro and mall is quite limited, only five times a day at very restricted hours. Given that the hotel is about 1.8 kilometers from the nearest metro station, more frequent shuttles would be appreciated. It was also disappointing to find that the hotel doesn’t offer currency exchange and instead directs guests to a supermarket in the building, which accepts only a limited range of currencies at exceptionally bad rates.

We had such a great stay at La Suite Dubai. The apartment was large, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing view. The reception team were super nice, welcoming, and always helpful. One of the best conveniences was being able to order groceries from the hotel straight to our room — such a time saver. They also took our bags up to our rooms and helped us get taxis whenever we needed. The pool is another highlight, with a stunning view of the city and the perfect spot for an evening swim. Overall, everything felt easy and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, great service, and a beautiful stay in Dubai.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The facilities matched the price point, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. I would like to particularly commend the housekeepers, Thusari and Padam, who took exceptional care of our rooms. Their attention to detail, friendliness, and professionalism truly made a difference. Every day, our rooms were immaculate, and they consistently ensured we had everything we needed. I recommend this hotel for its excellent service and wonderful staff. We will definitely be returning!

I asked for a wake up service so as not to miss my flight; reminded concierge twice two days and a day before yet they did not do it. Response time is terrible for this property. Not ideal for first time dubai visitors. Three stars because breakfast was amazing and bell boys were super nice and helpful.

It’s a hotel & apartments at the same time, pool was very clean & big enough but not enough sun after 11am the sun goes in back of the building since it’s 45 floors high, hotel is clean but has a damp smell to the rooms & floors as you get off the elevator you can smell it, maybe it’s the products they use idk, rooms are always nicely cleaned & pampered, staff are attentive to your needs but for taxis every hard to get one at busy time (3pm to 6pm) so they staff at valet try to pass you on a VIP car that cost double your trip price instead of calling you a reg taxi. Around the hotel there’s absolutely nothing like resto café or snacks you must take a taxi to go somewhere els if not they have a convenient store in lobby not bad. Over all it’s a good place to stay cuz close to malls, tourist areas, downtown. Very safe. I still recommend
