Beautiful stay hosted by lovely people. Theodosia welcomed us warmly and made us feel right at home. The place itself was clean and well maintained. Staying in the traditional architecture apartment was a unique experience. There was option to have a good breakfast served to your suite at an additional cost and daily housekeeping service.
It’s located in a Pyrgos - a beautiful village and a relatively quieter area of Santorini, but personally we found the location perfect for exploring most of the island.
And a hot tub and stunning sunset view - what more could one ask for!

The hotel has an excellent location, perfect for watching sunset in the swimming pool or jacuzzi. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in the room is fantastic and price is reasonable. Will arrange to stay again in the future. Lovely!

Theodosia is a beautiful, gracious host! Her friendly personality made our family feel welcome and valued from the first moments! ❤️ I wish we had booked a longer stay here! The property is absolutely gorgeous and the sunset views are perfect!
It was only a 15-20 min drive to Thira and slightly longer to get to Oia. We loved that we weren’t in the crowded areas, but that it was still pretty quick and easy to go visit those areas by car. (we rented a car, but I noticed there were buses that passed by the property, so that may be a different option for transportation if someone did not have a car).
I would definitely stay at Zatrikion again if we are ever back to Santorini!

We recently stayed at the Zatrikion villas in Santorini, and our experience was absolutely fantastic! The crew was very kind! The cleanliness of the villa was very impressive, and it felt like they put in a great deal of effort to keep the place clean and well-maintained. The pool is simply a dream, and we could have spent hours there! The view from the jacuzzi was breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants and attractions on the island was also excellent, allowing us to enjoy the best of everything. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family, and we are confident that we will return in the future.
