Super nice place. Like one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. 10/10 on the actual unit and amenities.
But. The communication with the company was a challenge. The confirmation email they send comes from a non-functioning email. The message function on Expedia isn’t answered in a timely manner. And they are completely inflexible with early check-ins. So even though our room was clean and ready, we were forced to sit on the ground outside of the room until exactly 3pm.
The bus drops you on the side of a mountain road. With our bags. So we didn’t really have a choice.
It would have been nice for them to have some flexibility (we would have happily paid more for the early check-in) or at least have a way to get in touch with the company with a timely response to clarify the zero flexibility.
If you come here, don’t show up even 1 minute early. And ideally come with a car. It’s possible on public transport but it was… alarming to just be dropped on the side of a busy mountain road.
