I was staying for few nights here - absolutely terrible experience amongst all hotel/apartment I live in while I've travel to at least 30 cities in my life! Unauthorized entry by hotel staff - On Day 5, a hotel accountant attempted unauthorized entry to our occupied room for inventory checking (happened that we returned to our room at 2pm and someone knocked our door and requested for entry). This is a serious violation of our privacy and such unauthorized entry shall never happen that we are not sure if this happened the other day when we were not in the room. Facilities Malfunction & Lost of properties & Staff's inappropriate manner and way of handling issues - On Day 5, the toilet broke down and we had no choice but to switch our room. - After our room change, we found that a plastic bag containing our underwear and socks disappeared and we thought it was left in the original room. So we requested to return but the bag couldn't be found in the original room either. - After our request for investigation of the whereabouts of the plastic bag and our stuff, the staff responded and confirmed that the plastic bag along with our stuff was thrown away by staff, who mistook it for garbage. - When we reported the loss, the night manager responded by blaming us. He claimed that because we had “moved out,” the cleaner was simply doing her job and that we should have checked our belongings before leaving the room. This is factually incorrect, as cleaning staff only enter occupied rooms during the morning or early afternoon, and our bag was already gone when we returned to pack our things which was within half an hour after changing the room. Instead of apologising for the loss or acknowledging staff error, the manager shifted responsibility to us without apology and offered no compensation or empathy. - Multiple room facilities (power sockets, hair dryer, stove, toilet) were malfunctioned while we have unpacked everything and due to tiredness, we did not request for switching to another room. But when we were trying to figure out if it's just us who didn't know how to turn on the stove, we asked the staff for a manual / guidance, the staff didn't possess such knowledge and could not resolve these issues promptly. RED FLAG HERE!

We arrived exhausted after a 4-hour bus ride, only to be met with an incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful front desk staff. First, a blonde receptionist dismissively ordered us to sit down while waiting, completely ignoring my explanation that we preferred to stand after travelling. After a 20-minute wait, the second receptionist rudely demanded our passports without making eye contact, remaining slumped in her chair behind a high desk the entire time—making us feel completely looked down upon—and didn't even mention the check-out time. To top it off, during check-out the next day, these same two staff members ignored us entirely while a new colleague ask us for a "10-point review." Expecting a perfect score when the core service standard is this lazy and dismissive is ridiculous; management seriously needs to retrain these two individuals on basic hospitality.
