    The hotel is very good. I usually stay at Holiday Inn hotels whenever I travel. I like them because the staff is always very friendly and helpful, and everything is very clean and well maintained. I believe they offer a very good value for the price. However, on this occasion, the breakfast included in the reservation was not honored for all four members of our party. The front desk staff treated me kindly and explained that breakfast was only included for two people. Even so, I showed them both the app and the reservation confirmation, where it clearly stated that breakfast was included, but the condition was still not respected. I tried to file a complaint through the Agoda app, but I was unable to do so. Their automated support system is complicated and too limited to properly handle situations like this. I am not the kind of person who likes to argue or create conflict over these types of incidents. We used the breakfast tickets that were available to us, and for the rest of our stay we decided to go outside the hotel to find other places to eat. This incident left a bad taste in my mouth, although I understand that nothing is perfect. I hope there can be a fairer and more impartial way to resolve situations like this in the future. Honestly, I felt disappointed and misled. Despite this experience, I will continue being a Holiday Inn customer, and I hope I never have to go through a similar situation again.

    Perfect place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. Breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty tho only two vouchers were provided for our quad stay.
