I had a room on the floor at the time of taking a shower there was no water. I had to go downstairs since they do not have phones to call the front desk. I was told to wait until someone came to fix the shower or shower at the other room I have reserved. The third floor has no ceiling for that at night the room is cold. I asked for a heater since they had a mini split and I was told it did not have the heating function. Then I asked for an extra blanket and it was also refused. The place is clean but not functional. Shower not working and no heater.

The hotel common areas and our room were extremely clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable and everything inside our room was properly prepared for our arrival. The staff was nice upon check-in and check-out, and they prepared wonderful complimentary breakfast in the morning. One feature that could have made our hotel room better is having a closing glass door to the shower because only the first half of the shower (closest to the shower head) had a door to block the bathroom from water splashes.
