    Great, but small rooms, and an amazing location. It was clean and the facilities were OK, and the people were friendly. Check in and service times are very limited, and they do not speak English well. Also bookings, like the boat trip can be canceled only 10 minutes before departure. But all in all a great place to stay in Ayutthaya.

    Lovely hotel, welcoming staff, very polite and very good English. The hotel is spotless. A bit basic and a little tired but everything worked as it should and the bed was very comfortable. Only slight complaint was restaurant below/attached had loud music which we could hear in our room. But it was not offensive and finished around 10pm.

    The location is perfect right next to the temples and the staff super nice, specially the owner. It has a nice garden for toddlers to walk around

    Most sites show this as 3-star. That's an overreach. But as a 2-star place, this is great. Pros: - Cost. It's inexpensive. I paid less than *** per night. - Facility is nice and garden-like. - Hotel is across the street from one of the main parks and two of the main wat ruins. - Room was basic but clean. - Top sheet and light comforter on the bed (Yay for the top sheet!) - Friendly staff. - Restaurants nearby. Cons: - Mattress was on the floor. - Only the basics in the shower/bath: shampoo and body wash (I think - nothing was labeled), and two smallish, slightly ratty towels. No hand towel or soap at the sink. - Thin walls. We heard TV, voices, running, and walking above us and on the shared wall. And we heard the restaurant music - which fortunately stopped about 10:30 PM. Summary: For a 2-star budget stay, this is one of the best. But this place doesn't rise to its 3-star claim.
