Nice stay with all the basics covered. It is modern building with colourful decoration, staff has been polite and helpful. Free fruit is provided in the lobby, I didn't pay extra for the breakfast so not sure the quality. It is not in the city centre so you will need a car (it is around 20-mins drive in non-peak hour driving to Toulouse city centre). Missing a restaurant inside the hotel but there is a good restaurant next door.
The only problem I encountered was the very very slow wifi, which was a bit shocking given the hotel is rather modern.

Very nice hotel, new and convenient. Parking is a dream, right in front of the hotel.
