Staying at this property was the highlight of our trip to Tainan! The family room is beautifully nostalgic and was clearly meticulously put together by the hosts. Speaking of the hosts, Terry and Siene were incredible—they stayed in close contact with me prior to the trip to coordinate our arrival and greeted us personally to explain the facilities and recommend nearby attractions and local eats. The location is absolutely dreamlike, tucked away inside the magical Snail Alley, which made every walk feel like an adventure. We did have one minor issue with the water, but Terry rushed over and fixed it within 10 minutes, which shows how much they truly care about their guests. We couldn’t have been happier with this stay; I love these hosts and this place, and I truly hope we can book with them again on our next visit!

Highly recommended The room was just as expected - cute with a vintage vibe that made it feel like stepping back into old Tainan. Located in the city centre, so it was close to almost all tourist spots. Best of all, super friendly and caring hosts made my trip in Tainan.
