    Great hotel Very friendly staff, espescially the breakfast waiters nothing was too much trouble. Miguel stood out for us. Lots of choice for breakfast definitely didn’t go away feeling hungry. Rooms quite spacious with a large comfortable bed and large flat screen TV. Bottled water left each day. Great walk in shower. The Room looked over the swimming pool. The pool and terraces great.very relaxing area. Lots of nice restaurants within walking distance of hotel. Easy access to beaches and hotel zone via Uber very reasonable fare. Had a great 2 weeks.

    I have travelled several times to this hotel and loved it. This time was completely different. Last trip 2 weeks ago I booked 4 nights plus with an option of staying longer as I am having a surgery done. The front desk manager said she would take care of me a give me a good room on a higher floor facing the pool. Unfortunately when I checked in they gave me the smallest darkness room next to the ice machine. No sleep contestant noise. It was just an unfortunate situation as I will need to be in my room resting. The staff would say anything to not take responsibility It’s a shame as over the last year I have stayed here over 30 days. Never again

    We booked last minute and this hotel has far exceeded our expectations. Spacious and spotlessly clean room with robes, beach towels, coffee making. Excellent buffet breakfast and lovely pool. Definitely recommend. Staff are lovely too.

    False representation on being a Beach club. Far from the beach and must pay a daily entree fee to another hotel to access the beach. Wrong
