Very clean, comfortable room with good WiFi and welcoming, hospitable and helpful friendly staff. Scooters available for hire here too. 10 min walk to Karon beach and 2 mins from Karon temple / night market. Good location. It’s close enough to attractions but far enough to be quiet for a good nights sleep.
2 minor negatives (and they are minor). No kettle or tea/coffee in the room and next door has some building work with small amounts of noise going on during the day. Saying that, you don’t come to Thailand to sit in a hotel room and drink coffee...

Having one night stay here and it was a great experience! The location is just within 10 mins towards Karon beach, the room is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly.
