Large room but quite dark & needed the lights on in the daytime. Housekeeping very good. Reception team friendly & helpful, great location near the train station & bus stop immediately in front of the hotel or a 15min walk to the centre. Mixed experience at breakfast where choice & quality was ok for the first 2 mornings but the last morning not great at all and some items seemed to be poor & cheap & not edible. I would say more a 3.5* than 4* but for the amount of time I spent in the hotel, the location, housekeeping & comfortable bed, overall it met my expectations.

Lovely hotel in a convenient location just few minutes away from the railway station and 15mins walk to the cathedral. Room was clean and comfortable.

We choies to stay at the hotel in September because of the location being near our daughters University Halls.
We were so pleased we stayed again when we visited in November.
It is a lovely hotel and if in is in the right location for you in Granada it is definitely worth staying here.
