The hotel is very nice but the ac was not working, they said they were going to fix but they didn’t do it. It was two nights without ac. Not really comfortable

Beautiful hotel! Staff was great and helpful
It was in a perfect location walking distance to everything. If I come back to Guatemala I’d only want to stay here.
