Service was amazing location was great.

The room was spotless. They scrubbed the room every day. The food was delicious. It is very conveniently located, which made it so easy to get around. But the best thing was the staff! The two women from Senegal were just so upbeat and friendly. Brahim, the manager was so helpful. Fatima, the owner, was so nice and she even cleaned the rooms. Amin, one of the young men that worked there was also so helpful and hard working. Ayoub, the other young man, was so impressive. His English was outstanding. He was on top of everything. He was so helpful. He had a great sense of humor and is so warm and kind. Great experience!

The staff are incredibly kind and make you feel at home from the moment you step into the Riad. The rooms and the rooftop are especially beautiful! The cleanliness, service, and staff are all wonderful. I do not have one complaint. Thank you to all the staff who made this a great experience!

The building and rooms are very nice, but the manager was quite unkind and rude. While the women employees were very sweet and service-oriented, the male manager had very poor manners. He was dismissive and short. Rather than explaining what is needed or giving context, he simply says things like “you haven’t paid.” We asked him to schedule a taxi for us and he set the hour incorrectly despite multiple confirmations on our end. When we arrived at our agreed upon time, he was very angry and rude, expressing that we had left the taxi driver waiting for an hour. When we expressed that this was the time we had asked for a taxi, he said nothing and brought us to the car angrily.
