    Avoid at all costs. I cannot express how awful the management is. Lovely concierge staff and bteakfast staff but absolutely awful management. Ruined my holiday entirely. Rude and disrespectful.

    We stayed here with our family and friends for our small wedding celebration. We had high hopes because the hotel helped us to coordinate a few items related to our wedding before the trip. Pros: Good location Excellent food George was very authentic and kind to us Cons: Staff served my toddler milk after I explicitly shared with two people placing the order she is very allergic and it must be oat milk. No apology from those two staff members or management. Every one in our party felt unwelcome by staff and had separate incidents with staff behavior being cold or outright rude. Not a culture issue as we had Greek friends with us who agreed it was odd behavior. Alexandra at the front desk was very rude and Alex was rude to my grandma (!) when she came in to get her hair done for my wedding day.
