Pool and hot tub needed cleaning. Hot not working.

The outdoor grounds need a lot of work and cleaning. Weeds were growing around the outside of the property, and the bushes/trees could use some trimming. The dryer outlet was covered in lint. Otherwise, everything else was top notch.

Pros:
Front desk guy was super nice!
Room was clean.
Gym was in working order.
Cons:
Jacuzzi was half drained and the water that was in there was extremely dirty. They said that they were doing repairs on it. It was so gross though that we didn’t even want to use the attached pool which was also not the cleanest.
Lots of sketchy / homeless people in the area. There was even a homeless lady going in and out of the gate where the pool was because people were just holding it open for her. I didn’t feel comfortable out there once it got dark.
