Myself and my family where in Pearland only one night we had a very nice stay.

Everything was great

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and area around the hotel was nice.

Everything was great. The room was beautiful, clean and smelled amazing!! Parking was very efficient and didn’t have to go far!

My Stay was Overall Nice! Manni, the Manager was very considerate and pleasant!

The two ladies where excellent at the front desk. They where great the whole stay.

Yes, easy parking

We were very dissatisfied. At 3:30am the power went out. Obviously there wasn't a backup generator like you would expect. We ended up leaving early at 7am because there was no power which meant NO hot water, NO breakfast, and to top it off we had to walk down three flights of stairs in the dark with my husband who is disabled.

Not a bad stay, some of the staff were very rude others tried to make it right. We had requested a pack and play in our room and when we arrived the front desk lied and said they didnt have any. The problem was later solved. One of the three rooms we booked had a musty smell.

Phone did not work in room let front desk know never came to check it out

Excellent service

Paid for a 2 queen a week in advanced, when I went to check in, front desk said they didn’t have any left. I looked online and it showed 2 beds rooms still available. Lady was on the rude side so I didn’t feel like going back up there to argue. They were going to give me a king and a roll away bed and a couch. Roll away was super small like a twin. Carpet had sticker burs everywhere.

Place needs to be updated

The property was an older renovated property, but it was clean and safe. The carpet should be pulled up. My aller gieswere on 10.gies were on 10.was

I was charged for two rooms when I only booked one room. The attendant said she would knock one night off and refund my money. A week later and I still haven't received it.

Very clean

First time at Sleep inn & suites and last time I didn’t enjoy my 3 nights , me having to go reprogram my card to open my door few times during my stay , tv is programmed to where I can’t raise up to hear (HOH) so CC was on , pillows are terrible so hard and couldn’t sleep had to lay flat on mattress cuz I have back & shoulder problems so that was not a good experience & will never return

first time staying here & i liked it so far.

Our stay with two adults and two small dogs was easy, safe, comfortable and smoke free. The front desk ladies were exceptionally nice at all hours of the day and night. The breakfast was a great assortment of hot and cold items including scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage our first day and cheese omlets, tater tots and sausage the next day. A waffle maker, cereals, fruit, muffins, bagels and breads along with boiled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese and a good selection of condiments and jellies rounds out a great selection that did not disappoint and was kept well stocked.The coffee machine had more than one selection and a variety of creamers and sugars, and was delicious! The hotel property was clean, well lighted inside and out and nicely decorated. The AC worked great. The shower had great water pressure and a massage shower head with several options, perfect for a long hot shower. The front desk had an array of snacks available for sale such as candy and canned sodas that were priced reasonably, not way overpriced like some. Thankful that they had Mountain Dew!! We were greeted every morning and evening by very sweet front desk staff and our little dogs were treated very friendly. The rusted commode seat screws and loud flushing noise were my only disappointments. The pool looked clean and ready for a swim. Our bed linens were clean, soft and comfy. Our room was very clean and furniture in good condition. Fridge and microwave were a plus. I highly recommend this hotel.Loved it!

Easy to get to.

I like the location, convenient, safe & quite. I didn't like the sort of musty smell in the room, possible mildew smell, & pillows were too small to use just one because my head was too low, but when using two my head was too high just couldn't sleep comfortable, other than that everything else was good.

Better beakfast option

Enjoy every thing, breakfast is always good. And the service is always great. We choose this hotel every time.

The beds comfortable relaxing and the showrooms was relaxing, excellent breakfast .
