The room would have been perfect if it was not that the air conditioning was so weak and the room was so hot even in June. the AC is centrally controlled so you cannot change the temperature. They gave you an extra fan but the apt is too big for the fan and even you can cool off one area, the rest of the apt is still unbearably not. I would love to stay here again but not in winter or summer

The comfort apartment was beautiful, larger than expected and very comfortable for my family of three. The location is close to all sights, shopping, food. Easy check in by friendly staff and parking under the building. It was a perfect stay in every way. I would stay here again.

Excellent property. Beautiful room. Helpful staff. 15 minute walk from the train station. Many great restaurants close by historic areas and if you enjoy walking. Close to the egyptian museum not to be missed. Turin is a special city not to be missed. The fridge was not working so they accommodated me with a bucket of ice to put my insulin in. Overall great.

The room and the comfort of the bed , the cleanliness and location all together made this stay amazing. The staf were very helpful. The beauty of the room, the 300 years old mirror etccc made this place magical . To recommend .

This was by far one of our favourite places we stayed in Europe. If you're looking for a nice place with a good location - this is it! Carlotta checked us in and she was SUPER nice :) The room we got was more like a loft - which we didn't mind at all, we actually ended up extending our stay an extra day because we wanted to explore Turin a bit more. My only suggestion: know how many days you want to book for - we definitely didn't get the same rate we did the first time around and I feel like bc you're basically in a bind and the inconvenience of trying to find somewhere is too much of a hassle, they can up-charge you. At the end of the day though, it was worth it to us - we loved Turin and enjoyed our stay here.

The Palazzo was a wonderful surprise! A renovated 1689 building, the hotel was tasteful, comfortable and the service great. Location is top notch, right in the middle of the historic district. Treat yourself to this hotel. We would use it again and will recommend it to friends.

This is the best kept secret in Torino. The location, 5* + quality and the staff is outstanding. We would not consider staying any other place when we travel there. Bravo to Ingrid and crew.
