Amazing place. Beautiful! Even better than the pictures! Food was delicious. Staff was overwhelmingly accommodating and kind. The spa was bop notch and the pools were so relaxing! We stayed in the romantic suite for our 15 year anniversary, and it did not disappoint! Everything was so great! I wish we could stay longer!

This is the 4th time we stayed in this hotel . I love the fact that it’s like a retreat hotel . You are there to relax and soak yourself to the natural hot spring . The restaurant have fabulous healthy breakfast and dinner . I love Val D’Orcia . It’s a relaxing town with beautiful scenery and same time so close to Montalcino and the surrounding well known and one of the best Brunello makers . Not forget to mention the underrated but very nice town , San Querico . Also love the neighbor Pienza . Biking is a good experience in this area . Get a guide to cover those beautiful areas around Val D Orcia

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was sumptuous. The pool was as warm as a bath. My only objection was that sometimes the pool would turn Trump reflecting pool green. However, the hotel would empty the pool and clean it. The view from the hotel, like much of Tuscany, was amazing. The bathroom in our room was large and the best I have experienced in any European hotel.
