Its nice mid-sized hotel. We stayed on 5th floor, Premium Sea View room with balcony, which had open sea view, but closer are was bit obstructed by palm trees. Rooms were clean and with big size flat screen TV – which we did not use. They provide drinking water in sealed glass bottle, specifically packed for the hotel, and they provide unlimited quantity. Bed was comfortable, Balcony was good sit out for pool & ocean view, with 2 chairs and a small table. Balcony railing obstructed view, while sitting on the chair. Room was furnished with two seater sofa, centre table and a cushioned chair, working desk, bedside tables, cupboards with hanger, ironing table, iron and disposable sleepers, safe vault, place for one suitcase, small fridge (was empty and medium cooling) kettle and material for tea & coffee, with some biscuits. Bathroom had separate shower area and washbasin with WC, but in total bathroom was considerably small size. Overall room was good. Entry lobby is not at all impressive – nowhere close to what it use to be for a 5 star hotel. Hotel main entry is blocked for some reason, and side gate is used. It has some in-compound parking, but huge parking nearby. There is no entry portico like thing – probably, they are planning to construct additional infrastructure. Only restaurant on the lobby level, was small (for a 5 star) but well arranged, and breakfast had good spread. We did not take lunch and took very limited dinner, but staff is good efficient and polite, Soup and curd was good, aalu paratha was OK. Swimming pool is quite big and well maintained – I felt as if they are keeping water warm. Pool side sitting area had good sea view, and though it became cloudy, it would have given good sunset view. I’m not sure, if they will serve evening snacks & tea / drink in that area, but if they do, it will definitely be a place worth spending evenings. Hotel has direct access path to the Aksa Beach, but after leaving hotel compound, the area is too rough with stones and LOT OF GARBAGE. I suggest hotel should take initiative and make some sort of agreement with food stall vendors on the beach side, to keep the area – at least the area in front of the hotel – clean and garbage free. It will increase value of the hotel, as well as, will do good for the nature and the community.

A 4 star / 5 star hotel resort should make you like you are part of it already. The fragrance and cozy vibe at reception uptil the entry to your room door should wrap oneself in utmost comfort. However this hotel resort hardly invests in making you "guests" to "resident". The room alloted to us had stained mirrors and scratches visible here nd there. The bed support had visible black spots. The room itself does not have any good vibes. It lacks character that is required to give you the exact value for money. Buffet Breakfast was scrumptious and we were fed well. However room is important for us and this hotel resorts lacks the perceived value thereof.
