Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and cooperative, which made the experience comfortable.
There are a few areas where improvement is possible. The hotel provided only half-liter water bottles; offering 1-liter bottles, as is standard in many hotels, would be appreciated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and had to be reported twice before it was resolved.

I was well impressed by the staff around the resort who were very polite and helpful especially at the reception who I specially met Diksha, Sydney, Reggie and Bill.
The resort is not far from Benaulim beach. The cleaning team were great in ensuring the resort was kept cleaned and so were the resort rooms.
We had a pleasant stay at the resort.
