Well checking in the young lady was alittle rude and not to helpful. Buffett Resturant closed for most of visit only open three times a week bar serves food and some place you can buy pizza but others than that your outta luck . I expected five star service .. no valet parking nice hotel smells of cigarettes smoke so we don’t smoke that’s a turn off and the man that helped get me a luggage cart was not nice either he told me to go outside and wait he bring it out another door !!! Ran out of body wash and supplies and we even asked the housekeeping to restock coffee etc but body wash etc got left out .. but hard to speak for she didn’t speak very well Spanish mostly sweet just couldn’t communicate… to me if I wanted motel 8 service I wished I paid for motel 8 prices cause lixury your not going to get and it’s a shame cause this hotel has resources to provide better service if you want just a clean bed so you can gamble here ya go however if your expecting a five star service it isn’t going to happen my opinion only
