Worst Experience Ever – Ruined My Wife's Birthday Celebration
Ham 4 log meri wife ka birthday celebrate karne yahan aaye the, lekin yeh hamara ab tak ka sabse kharab experience raha. ₹55,000 kharch karne ke baad bhi service ke naam par bilkul zero response mila—poora paisa waste ho gaya.
Is stay ki sabse badi khamiyan:
Untrained Staff: Hotel ka staff, khas karke receptionists, bilkul untrained aur unprofessional hain. Unhe kisi baat ki samajh nahi hai aur guest handling bilkul nahi aati.
Overpriced Food & Hidden Charges: Khana zaroorat se zyada mehenga hai aur bill mein unnecessary hidden charges add kar diye jaate hain.
Bad Infrastructure: Baar-baar light chali jaati hai. Hotel ki aadhi se zyada amenities—jaise selfie corner aur bar—poori tarah band pade the.
Strict & Unhelpful Policies: Pehli raat ke baad hi hum hotel change karna chahte the, lekin unki rigid policies ki wajah se majbooran 2 nights rukna pada.
Isse kahin achhi service aur facilities toh kisi ₹2,000 wale hotel mein mil jaati hain. Unprofessional management aur kharab service ki wajah se hamara special occasion poori tarah ruin ho gaya.

Not as expected for 2 reasons -
1.Staff was bit detached from offering services proactively , we were there for 2 nights , welcome was not warm , have to 2 times ask to take out my luggage from car, room doesn't have bathroom slippers , water refilling should have been automatic, but that we need to request
2.Spa service team tried to play oversmart when I asked for a massage, they 1st told its upto 8 PM , I gone at 7.10 pm , they told me to confirm in some time...but what they did was ...they called my wife that your husband has come...do you want to take massage or only husband ? Means why they need to investigate....I already told that I only need ...why the hell they were double checking it that too without my information...who are they ?
3.Buffet system has limited options & costlier a bit , you can learn from Sarovar Portico & Le Meridian like hotel chains , they offer a lot of varities without any glitch ...here in snacks Pani Puri water was tasting like adulterated with SODA or some vinegar which created sensation on my tongue...I informed this with manager for feedback.
4.Swimming pool, karaoke facility, indoor sports etc facility, property greenery were top notch no doubt.
