    Wonderful location that has variety of food options and shops. We particularly liked the halal restaurants, train station within a minute walk, and convenient stores around the area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough to accommodate our luggage, clothes and still had some room for saying prayers on the floor. However, the rooms do not have refrigerators, which is so inconvenient as we stayed there for six nights and it was necessary to store food in the room.

    Comfortable bedding, great Wi-Fi, hot water, great breakfast buffet, nice little bar. Shower cubicle tiny if you’re tall, so easy to scald arms on hot water pipe. Less than one block to Bismarckstrasse on U2 line

    I booked the hotel because I heard good feedback from a friend; however, it was one of my worst hotel experiences. The receptionist who was registering me was extremely rude and disrespectful with her tone, expression, and comments. I was basically scolded - I did not even ask for my amenities because I was trying to avoid that unpleasant interaction, which turned my whole Berlin trip experience the worst. (The room didn't have any toothpaste, a toothbrush, or slippers.) The shower door was broken, it shocks me how they wouldn't fix it before the next guest. Definitely not visiting again. They should work on training their staff.
