    We chose this hotel primarily because of the facilities and services advertised, including the spa, swimming pool, gym, and room service, as these were important criteria for us when booking a 5-star hotel. Unfortunately, upon arrival we discovered that the swimming pool was closed and would not open until June 20. We had not been informed of this in advance. In addition, neither the spa nor the gym was operational during our stay. Furthermore, one evening we decided not to dine outside the hotel because we intended to order food through room service. However, we were informed that no food was available at all, including the items listed on the room service menu. As a result, our child was left without anything to eat that evening, which was both inconvenient and unacceptable. What made the situation even more disappointing was that when we raised these issues with the reception staff, no apology was offered for the inconvenience caused. We would have expected at least an acknowledgment of the disruption to our stay and the disappointment resulting from the unavailability of the hotel’s main facilities and services. Had we been informed in advance that the pool, spa, and gym would not be available, and that room service could not provide the advertised menu items, we would certainly have chosen to stay elsewhere and paid significantly less for accommodation offering the same level of service. We feel that the lack of transparency regarding the availability of these key facilities and the absence of any effort to address our concerns fall well below the standards one would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel.

    Traveled there during holidays, so the hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and hotel was clean. I would definitely recommend.
